Sierra DeBruin
Marketing & Operations Specialist
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. My job is to make it a little easier.
You may have questions about insurance, wonder which therapist is the best fit, or simply feel nervous about making that first phone call or message. Chances are, I'm the first person you'll connect with at Blue Sky Psychology, and my role is to make sure you feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
Whether I'm answering questions about scheduling, helping you understand your insurance benefits, or talking through what you're hoping to get out of therapy, I’m here to reassure you that you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Each person who reaches out has a different story, and we believe those details matter.
I take the time to learn about what you're looking for so I can thoughtfully match you with a therapist whose personality, expertise, and approach fit your needs.
Behind the scenes, I support our clinicians with scheduling, billing, and day-to-day operations so they can stay focused on what they do best—caring for people like you, our clients. I also manage our social media, which allows me to get to know each member of our team and share their unique personalities and passions with our community.
My hope is that by the time we finish our initial conversation, you'll feel a little less anxious, a little more confident, and ready to take the next step.
A little more about me…
-
I love getting to meet people in a hard moment and helping them find a little hope. There's something really meaningful about connecting someone with a therapist who feels like the right fit and knowing that first conversation could be the beginning of real, needed change.
-
Camping with my husband, spending time with our two dogs, and cooking from scratch at home.
-
We love living a slower lifestyle—we have a milk cow and enjoy making everything from scratch (including milling our own flour!).
-
You'll usually find me with my camera in hand, making music at church, trying a new restaurant with my husband, or enjoying time outdoors with family and friends.
