Define your purpose. Reach your potential. Feel more like you.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a therapist. What started as a childhood curiosity—interviewing family members and watching every movie about psychology—became a lifelong commitment to understanding people and helping them grow into their best selves.

I work with adults, young adults, and teens who are navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, identity questions, or just feeling lost about their path in life.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent—people on the autism spectrum or anyone who has always felt a little “different” in how they think, feel, and connect. They often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or “stuck” in rigid types of patterns they don’t know how to shift or break. Others feel isolated, burned out, or unsure of who they are or what they want.

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong—just that you’re ready for things to feel different. That’s enough to start.

Therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

My approach is creative, collaborative, and personalized, and I’m dedicated to adapting what we do in therapy  to who you are. I’ll bring my experience, intuition, and practical tools to help you get curious about what’s going on under the surface, and then we’ll take that insight and use it to make real-life changes. Together, we’ll look at the behaviors or patterns that aren’t serving you, figure out what’s driving them, and explore new ways of thinking and feeling that are more aligned with who you want to be.

At the end of the day, I believe therapy should be meaningful and engaging (and sometimes even a bit fun). I’m here to help you be your own detective, uncover what matters most to you, and build a life that reflects it.
