Making space for what’s hard, so you can rediscover what’s possible.
Whether we like it or not, life is full of big changes. Becoming a parent, raising teens, facing infertility, or stepping into a new chapter can stir up stress, disconnection, and questions you never thought you’d have to ask. And when your old ways of coping don’t work anymore, even everyday routines or relationships can feel heavier than they should.
Sometimes it’s obvious why you feel this way. Other times, it’s hard to put a finger on it, making you wonder why you feel this anxious, unmotivated, or just “not like yourself.” Either way, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. In therapy, you get to show up exactly as you are. My role is to notice what you might be too close to see, sit with you when things feel messy, and offer perspectives and tools that help life feel lighter.
I’m committed to making this experience both useful and meaningful for you.
Clients often describe me as compassionate but also willing to go under the surface—because that’s where the real change happens. I can hold space for hard emotions while also bringing warmth, hope, and even humor into the process.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed”—they need to be understood. I see therapy as a series of conversations that invite curiosity about who you are, where you’re stuck, and what could shift. I’ll pay attention to the details you might miss, offer gentle challenges when they’re needed, and help you see possibilities you may not have considered yet.
Ultimately, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, new perspectives, and practical skills that make your life and relationships feel different: more fulfilling, purposeful, and joyful.
A little more about me…

It is rewarding to watch people deeply connect to themselves and the people they love as they chase after a big, bold life.

I definitely start the day with coffee, but the style changes. Some mornings, it’s a decaf Americano; others - it’s a dirty chai, brown sugar oat latte, peppermint mocha, or lately, a matcha—hot or iced.

I enjoy walking the beach with Joe, curling up with a novel, spending time in my garden, connecting with friends or my adult children, and traveling to new places.
